Manu National Park in Peru is the mostextensive rainforest in the world, with nearly two million hectares, situatedin south east of Peru between the regions of Cusco and Madre de Dios, veryimportant part of the Amazon basin. In 1977 it was declared by UNESCO as aBiosphere Reserve and in 1987 recognized as a World Heritage Site. Ourvolunteer program is presented as a great opportunity for those who wish tohave direct contact with nature, besides wanting to know and learn more aboutthis wonderful rainforest, also for people who wish to take part in thisimportant role in recovery and preservation of this wonderful place and itscomponents,our work will direct benefitto local residents adjacent to the project action area, and we will be helpingto control the deterioration of our planet.

The program includes unforgettable days of adventure in thebest jungle of the Peruvian Amazon, in the Manu National Park, helping us doingsome works in our ecological project. Participating in various activities whileenjoy various guided tours, and visit to parrots and macaws clay lick,visitameandering lagoon, and walking in to the forest to learn more about the floraand fauna that inhabit these forests. All this activities, navigating theimposing Madre de Dios River. The itinerary is recommended for students, youngand adult people with diverse fitness and abilities, birdwatchers, botanists,and people willing to hike camp and contribute to this important eco-tourismproject in this wonderful Jungle.
